Honey from the Slum
This is no ordinary honey.
It's cork oak honey — extracted manually from traditional beehives in traditional circular cork bark boxes, in an ancient, rare and respectful process, where nature dictates the rhythm and the beekeeper listens.
Produced on a small scale in Encosta dos Gamitos (Vila de Rei), this honey retains all its natural properties intact: live enzymes, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, and a profoundly wild flavor.
It's raw, unprocessed honey, with character and identity.
Ready to enjoy, just like it's always been made:
• Pure and thick on the spoon
• In infusions or on bread
• As a natural throat care remedy
• Or as a gift from the earth, with history and purpose.
Extracted with a hot knife, squeezed by hand without centrifugation or filters.
Authentic to the very last drop!
